Kidzland School Terms & Conditions
By enrolling a child at Kidzland School, parents/guardians agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The school reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time and will communicate important changes through official channels.
Admissions & Enrollment
Admission is subject to availability and successful completion of the required documentation and health records. Parents must provide accurate information on the admission form and notify the school of any changes immediately. False or withheld information may result in cancellation of enrollment.
Fees & Payment Policy
All fees (admission, tuition, transport, activity, and any other applicable charges) are payable as per the schedule issued by the school. Fees must be paid by the due date; late payments will incur penalties as outlined in the fee schedule. Fees once paid are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated by the school administration.
Attendance, Timings & Leave
Regular and punctual attendance is expected. Parents are requested to bring children to school and collect them within the designated timings. If a child is absent for health reasons, please inform the school as early as possible and provide a medical note if requested.
Health, Safety & General Policies
Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of enrollment and keep the school updated. The school provides basic first aid and will contact parents/guardians in case of illness or emergency; in serious cases, the school may seek medical assistance and parents will bear the cost of treatment. Behaviour and conduct: children are expected to follow teacher instructions and respect school property and peers. Repeated misconduct may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or in extreme cases, termination of enrollment.
Transport, Media & Liability
If transport is provided, the school will take reasonable precautions for safety but is not liable for delays caused by traffic or circumstances beyond its control. Photographs and video of school activities may be used for educational and promotional purposes unless parents submit a written objection. The school is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to school — please label all belongings.
Communication & Policy Changes
Parents should maintain open communication with staff and attend scheduled meetings. Complaints or concerns should be raised via the official school communication channels. The school reserves the right to revise policies; parents will be notified of significant changes via email, notice board, or parent meetings.
